We offer complimentary delivery to most parts of Singapore.
Delivery is not available to:
- Changi Airport
- Tuas
- Jurong Island
- Sentosa
- Sembawang Wharves

Delivery Timing
Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next day. For condolence orders, same-day or next-day delivery is available — please WhatsApp us at 8428 1222 to arrange.
Delivery time slots (if applicable) are estimated and not guaranteed. While we strive to be punctual, unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic conditions may cause delays.
Urgent Orders

Self-Collection
Self-collection is available at Pioneer Mall, 638 Jurong West St 64 (S) 640638. Please WhatsApp us at 8428 1222 to arrange a convenient time before coming.
Recipient Details
Please ensure that the recipient's details (address, contact number, delivery timing) are accurate at the point of order. Jiyu Florals will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.
Delays & Failed Deliveries
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
- We may leave the flowers in a safe location (if appropriate), or
- Arrange for re-delivery (additional charges may apply)
